Help Annie Fight Alzheimer’s Disease

Annie will be donating 100% of the tips she makes this month to fighting Alzheimer’s disease.  Annie’s dad passed away earlier this month and he suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, so with the help of her fans, she will raise more money for the Alzheimer’s Association than what she can contribute alone.  Please visit to find out more about the organization.  Her goal this month is $250!  YOU can help make this happen by attending one of her shows and putting something in her tip jar – – > help the cause!

Here’s what had been raised so far:
As of  8/7/10:   $6.00
As of 8/10/10: $75.00
As of 8/12/10: $154.00
As of 8/21/10: $176.00
As of 8/29/10: $263.00

“I am determined to make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. By participating in the 2010 Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk®, I’m committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support.

The Memory Walk here in Milwaukee is on Oct.2, 2010 at Bergstrom Hall on the Mount Mary Campus.  I invite all my friends & fans to join me in the walk (it’s FREE!)… registration is at 9:30 and the walk begins at 11am.  It’s a 2-3 mile walk around the campus.  Make  a $50 donation and you’ll get a Memory Walk T-shirt!  More details on EXACT place & time for the meeting of my group on the morning of Oct. 2 will be announced here soon…. please visit for all the info.

Currently more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer’s, and 78 million baby boomers are at risk – unless we find a way to change the course of this disease.  My father passed away recently… he suffered from Alzheimer’s disease… a very difficult disease for both victims and their families.

I want to do my part to fight Alzheimer’s, but I need your support! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer’s Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer’s. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.

I have my own page where you can make a donation:

Thank you for supporting my efforts. We’re on the MOVE to end Alzheimer’s!”
