Borrowed

BORROWED

I have borrowed myself to you
Givin’ it away, givin’ it away, givin’ it away

I have borrowed myself to you
Givin’ it away, givin’ it away, givin’ it away
I, I pay for your pain
I pay, I’m insane
I have borrowed my soul to you
Givin’ it away, givin’ it away, givin’ it away

I have borrowed my soul to you
Givin’ it away, givin’ it away, givin’ it away
I, I pay for your pain
I pay, I’m insane
I pay, once again
I pay
I want you for Never-Neverland (x4)

One thing I know is that it will never be the same

I have borrowed my my soul to you

Givin’ it away, givin’ it away, givin’ it away
I have borrowed control to you

Givin’ it away, givin’ it away, givin’ it away

I, I pay for your pain
I pay, I’m insane
I pay, once again
I pay

I want you for Never-Neverland

I want you, I want you

I want you for Never-Neverland

I, I want you for Never-Neverland

I, I pay for your pain
I pay, I’m insane

The part about Never-Neverland was inspired by a song about Peter Pan written by one of Annie’s favorite L.A. artists at the time, Ann Marie Montade.  The improper use of the word “borrowed” is part of Annie’s normal language use.
